Charlesbank first acquired a minority interest in MyEyeDr. through a structured investment in 2014, which it exited in 2015 through a sale of the company to a financial sponsor. In 2019, Charlesbank acquired a minority interest in the company alongside Goldman Sachs Asset Management, management and other investors by buying its management services company, Capital Vision Services, which provides MyEyeDr. with a complete array of financial, marketing and managed care services.
