      Staff isrude, unprofessional, and uninviting. Ifcustomers are spending hundreds ofdollars for anappointment and prescriptions, then the staff needs tobe nicer tofirst time customers.

        Had agreat first visit with technician Christina andDr. TonyLam. Iknew this was agood place when Iwas greeted atthe door and offered aclean mask (everyone isgiven afresh mask, considering the close proximity tostaff during eye exams). The costs and insurance coverage were discussed upfront, and Iwalked out with atrial pair ofa Total 30s lenses byAlcon and asample ofcontact solution. Everyone isfriendly.

        Pros: friendly, professional staff, addresses concerns, easy parking
        Cons:

        not all frames are labeled with prices. Wish itwere possible tobrowse byprice range– show

          Everyone inthe facility was sowarm and competent. The optometrist himself was soaccommodating and addressed all myconcerns thoroughly. Also the receptionists were welcoming and very professional. I’m glad Ichose this location. They even fit mein last minute. The facility also felt very clean and COVID-conscious.

            Super friendly staff makes you feel atease and doctor Tony did areally good job— he's not trying torush one patient after another, hetakes time tomake sure you're well informed. Definitely recommend. The team has been super efficient preparing myvisit upfront tomake myvisit super smooth and comfortable. Also appreciate the sanitary measures taken bythis place.                 Absolutely the best experience Ihave ever had atan eye doctor's. Staff was incredible, COVID safety was top notch and everything was spelled out forme. Soprofessional. Sofriendly. Highly recommend.

                    I was late for 10mins. And they make mewait for1:15and Ileft.

                    They should tell me“we will move myappointment tothe end ofthe day” or“we will reschedule” instead tohold methere waiting.

                    They said because they didn’t find myinsurance mythe lady did agreat work she found myinsurance very after 10min Iarrived there (I know because Iwas calling tomy insurance and Ihave the time saved onthe calls). I’m not sure why they ignore meand pass a

                        It was myfirst time visit this office. The staff and doctor were nice. Idon’t like the finished products. One ofmy lenses got damaged during the manufacturing process. Iinformed anassociate about the issue and never received acall back orfollowup. Myorders were aset oflenses for myold frame and anew pair ofglasses. All the lenses are made out ofplastic polycarbonate Ibelieve, they don’t perform well asmy old glass lenses. Itseems like this office making more money selling plastic over the real glass. But whatever! Total bill was $800and still not happy. Can’t trust people these days soI write bad reviews based onmy experience with this business. Beaware and doresearch before visiting this office.– show

                          Absolutely incredible service and experience!
                          Everyone was sokind and helpful, and they took COVID precautions very seriously. Iwaited maybe 20minutes for the optometrist toseeme, but that was just enough time topick out afew pairs and chat with the staff about frame options. The wait was not bad atall considering how they sanitize equipment and frames between eachuse.
                          Justin was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful! I’m very very picky when itcomes toglasses and hehelped medecide
                          on the perfect pair.

                          I would 100% recommend this location tofolks who are inneed ofan eye exam ornew frames!

                              My whole experience was sogreat. Itwas myfirst time atthis location. Every single staff member was friendly and explained the questions ihad ina patient manner.                                   MyEyeDr. has beautiful frames. However, they are not very good with getting the actual prescription right. Itook aprescription, from myprimary, tothem because Ireally liked their frames. After 8months and already having the glasses being sent back totheir labs once, Ihad almost given upthe hope that Iwould ever beable touse the glasses…I still could not see out ofthe lenses and wearing them made medizzy. Recently, Itook the glasses tomy primarydr. for evaluation. Ifinally was told why Ihad never been able tosee out ofthe glasses. MyEyeDr placed the prescription written for the right eye inthe left side ofthe frames and prescription written for the left eye was placed inthe right side ofthe frame. This experience has been horrible. Idon't trust ever using them again.– show

Icame inbecause Ineeded abackup pair ofglasses for when Idon't have mycontactsin. The selection offrames was amazing and itwas soeasy toget something ordered even with aprescription from another doctors office. The staff isamazing and Iwill beback next year for myactual exam!
